The AI Business Design Workshop is the core module of the AI Business Academy, a training path designed for executives, managers, and innovation leaders seeking to understand and integrate artificial intelligence into their organizations. Over the past five years, I have led and continuously evolved this workshop format, running sessions both on-site and remotely with companies of various sizes and industries. This workshop is a pivotal step in bridging foundational AI training and the actual design of valuable, tailored AI use cases. It helps companies move from hype to real strategy by defining needs, identifying opportunities, and setting the groundwork for actionable, human-centered AI solutions.
