Brainic - Empowering learners through AI coaching
A smart learning platform enhanced by an AI coaching assistant for personalized, continuous training.
Brainic is a modular platform that redefines corporate and professional training through personalized learning, AI-driven support, and interactive educational content. The idea was born during a hackathon and later developed into a real product used by clients like Viblio, under the commercial name Leo. At its core is Nic, a virtual assistant that supports learners with personalized coaching, knowledge retrieval, and learning path generation. I contributed to the project across multiple phases, from product vision to hands-on design, creating the MVP, the visual identity, and the user experience. I later moved into a strategic role as the project grew.

Design Details & Key Insights
🤖 AI at the center
Nic, the conversational assistant, is trained on company-specific content and guides users in real-time through their learning process. It can answer questions, suggest content, and generate personalized study plans.
📈 Designed for flexibility and growth
Brainic supports different formats (stand-alone or integration), languages, and learning styles. It includes knowledge ingestion, analytics, testing, and even voice interaction.
🎨 From platform to white-label
The platform was structured to adapt across clients and industries. The Viblio implementation (Leo) is a direct output of this approach and was fully designed by me.
🧠 Data-driven learning
Learners are supported by initial and periodic assessments, progress analytics, and adaptive content to improve both engagement and knowledge retention.
📣 Strategic visibility
The project gained traction through startup competitions, executive education formats, and early enterprise pilots in pharma and healthcare.
