Flashy is a Dubai-based startup that streamlines the booking and delivery of professional photo and video shoots. Built as a marketplace, the platform matches businesses with vetted creatives based on availability, location, and service type. I was involved in the entire product journey, from branding to UX/UI design, MVP definition, and platform structure, working alongside the founding team to bring the vision to life.

To design and build an intuitive, scalable B2B platform for booking professional content creation services, with clear user flows for clients, creatives, and administrators.
Design Approach
Defined the MVP scope using the AI Business Design methodology
Co-designed the brand identity and visual language
Created complete UI flows for web and mobile using Figma
Built modular design components optimized for scalability and consistency
Focused on key features like order management, shoot scheduling, and content delivery
Ran continuous competitive benchmarking (e.g. Meero, Boom, Snappr)
Worked closely with the development team (Vue.js, Quasar, Node.js, PostgreSQL) to align design with implementation

Clients can book tailored shoot packages, define location and timing, and track post-production. Creatives manage upcoming jobs, upload deliverables, and monitor payments.
⚡ Intelligent booking experience
Flashy streamlines package selection across multiple industries (real estate, e-commerce, F&B) and allows dynamic pricing based on volume and timing. AI-based matching helps connect the right talent with the right job.
🔄 Operational workflows
Beyond front-end UX, I helped design workflows for internal teams and administrators: order status management, notifications, post-production flow (via Capture One), and quality control.
