A concept app that helps users navigate sustainable urban mobility with real-time multi-provider route optimization
Moshing is a concept app born from the ambition to make sustainable urban mobility more accessible, intelligent, and integrated. The project envisions a MaaS (Mobility as a Service) ecosystem where users can easily plan, compare, and book transportation options from different providers, choosing the best route based on cost, time, and environmental impact. My task was to translate this vision into a compelling interactive mockup, designing an intuitive user experience that could serve both as a concept validation tool and an initial foundation for development.

To define and visualize a new digital mobility assistant that simplifies urban travel decisions while promoting sustainable choices.
Design Approach
Conducted rapid analysis of user flows, MaaS references, and feature requirements from brief
Designed a clickable mockup in Figma to showcase core interactions and service value
Built a lightweight design system including colors, typography, icon set, and reusable components
Contributed to the redefinition of the service model, refining user scenarios and key interactions
Created screens for onboarding, route planning, multi-modal selection, booking, and provider redirection
Proposed a scalable UI that balances clarity with smart, tech-driven aesthetics
Design Details & Key Insights
🔀 Smart route comparison
The app displays available routes based on real-time data, suggesting the fastest, most cost-efficient, or most sustainable option. Each result adapts to the availability and pricing of third-party providers.
🔌 Multi-provider integration
Moshing aims to aggregate data from different mobility services (e.g. Enjoy, Helbiz, public transport), allowing the user to select and navigate directly or be redirected to the appropriate app.
🌱 Focus on sustainable choices
A strong emphasis is placed on sustainability. Users can prioritize environmentally friendly options, receiving suggestions that reduce emissions or promote micro-mobility.
🧪 Role in concept validation
The prototype was a key asset to communicate the vision to stakeholders and potential partners. It clarified complex value propositions and demonstrated the feasibility of service orchestration.
